A global Manufacturing business is looking to hire a passionate & experienced Marketing Manager to join their growing organisation. This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for leading their UK Marketing operations and you will play a pivotal role, working closely with their leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Implementation: Drive marketing, advertising, and promotional activities through the most effective channels.

• Online Presence: Manage and enhance our website using content management systems.

• Brand Development: Create innovative strategies to boost brand awareness.

• Creative Oversight: Prepare and manage catalogues and brochures that capture attention.

• Collaborative Partnerships: Work alongside professional services and support teams to explore licensing and partnership opportunities.

• Budget Management: Develop and control the marketing budget, ensuring financial efficiency.

• Event Representation: Represent our company at key exhibitions and events.

• Performance Reporting: Deliver insightful monthly marketing reviews and reports to stakeholders.

• Sales Support: Assist the Sales Director in ensuring top-notch customer-facing activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the manufacturing industry or a related field.

• Highly organized and efficient with exceptional attention to detail.

• Inspirational leader with a talent for motivating and supporting a marketing team.

• Skilled in executing strategic marketing campaigns and generating leads.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
