As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing a go to market strategy for Managed Services. You will work alongside the Director of this space to identify, package and take to market new managed service propositions. You will also develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to reshape service offerings, drive brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT Services landscape and the ability to create compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.

Marketing Manager - Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote services and enhance brand visibility
  • Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase services
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, blogs, and social media content, driving a consistent on-brand message
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
  • Monitor and analyze performance to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Marketing Manager - Requirements

  • 3 years' B2B Marketing experience in the UK
  • Ideal understanding of the IT industry especially Managed Services
  • Natural problem solver who demonstrates high levels of creativity
  • Highly personable with a natural ability to establish, build and maintain trust with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to work independently to self-set deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport instantly
  • UK Driving licence
