Product Marketing Manager

Are you a strategic, results-driven leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for consumer-centric product development and innovation?

The Advocate Group are supporting a client within the Consumer Good space and looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive new product portfolio growth across the UK and Europe.

As a key member of the Marketing & Innovation Leadership Team, you’ll drive a 5-year strategic roadmap, owning the P&L and leading the execution of innovative and sustainable propositions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and international partners to deliver compelling, consumer-focused products and go-to-market strategies that drive market share growth and profitability.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and execution of a 5-year product marketing plan.
  • Drive P&L performance, new product launches, and portfolio optimization.
  • Shape the consumer decision journey and marketing strategies for key launches.
  • Work with global teams to deliver impactful go-to-market plans.
  • Leverage strong commercial acumen to identify opportunities and drive profitability.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in marketing, product management, innovation, or product development.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L management, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Expertise in consumer insights, brand strategy, and retail dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and drive transformation.
  • A passion for delivering results with agility and accountability.
