Evolve is recruiting for an innovative, market-leading Respiratory organisation who are searching for an experienced Regional Business Manager to lead, manage and coach a field force team to promote their specialist care portfolio for inhalers into key HCPs across Merseyside.

Ideal requirements for the Regional Business Manager role.

  • Ideally experienced as a sales manager with a strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • ABPI Qualified.
  • A good understanding of the NHS / Healthcare Environment.
  • Experienced in effective team development through robust leadership, coaching and management.

Role Responsibilities for the Regional Business Manager role.

  • To increase company revenues and market share of the Respiratory Portfolio through the effective management of a team of field sales personnel.
  • To support and manage team members, and develop talent, through regular field visits, in line with objectives, and build strong relationships across the team to promote collaborative working.
