- Manage and convert inbound sales inquiries, focusing on high-value deals.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions for luxury home interiors.
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance sales strategy.
- Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets, with significant commission-earning potential.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in high-ticket or bespoke products.
- Experience or education in interior design is a plus but not essential.
- A natural relationship builder with strong negotiation skills.
- Ambitious and driven, eager to earn high commissions through proactive sales.
- Comfortable with both inbound lead conversion and business development.
- Willingness to learn and grow—full training will be provided.
- Competitive base salary of £30,000 - £40,000 + uncapped commission (1%).
- Hybrid working options (Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm).
