The RoleTo ensure my client retain their position at the forefront of this exciting and rapidly developing logistics industry, we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Director from this sector. Role Overview:• Lead the sales team to successfully develop the business growth of the branch, leading from the front, and developing new client opportunities.• Focus primarily on ocean freight but also looking at other suitable opportunities in both air and road freight.• Build partnerships with new and existing customers and be the face of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop multi-channel solutions.• Coach and mentor a team of two colleagues and grow the team as needed.

Essential Requirements:• 3-4 years logistics or supply chain business development, ideally with a ready-made list of clients that can be integrated at pace• Established network within logistics with primary focus on ocean and air freight• Strong leadership skills with a track record of being a hands-on leader.
