We are on the hunt for a Sales Expert with experience in Team Management, ideally within a call centre, or office environment. This role will give you the opportunity to manage a vibrant, friendly & growing sales team.

Your overall aim 

To maximise sales potential. How? By leading and motivating the sales team, coaching and developing them through conducting monthly 121’s, sales & product training, call monitoring, creating and running sales incentives & more. 

You’ll support management by implementing new sales tools and strategies, monthly sales meetings, and reporting on figures/KPIs. Reporting directly to the Call Centre Manager, you will be an essential link between the sales team and top management, providing critical insights and strategic recommendations.

Salary: OTE £38k

Location: Warrington
