Essential Skills and Qualities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting (essential).
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting children's development.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Qualifications Required:
While qualifications are not essential, the following would be beneficial:
- Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent
