Our Client a well established and growing building consultancy are seeking to recruit a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their award-winning team based in Warrington.

You’ll be working on:

  • Project Management & Contract Administration of high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments with contract values ranging from £50K up to £20M.
  • General commercial building surveying duties including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Project Monitoring.
  • Preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations, on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Technical Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
  • Experience working for a commercial Building Consultancy practice.
  • Experience of Contract Administration and Cost Control.
  • Experience of the Law of Dilapidations.
  • Working knowledge and experience administering the JCT suite of contracts.
