Duties

The post is located within the Property & Estate Management function of the client. The primary functions of this post are to provide estates and valuation input to the property team at a senior, technical level with a focus on:

  • Asset Management
  • High level valuation work for acquisition, disposal and property management and accounting
  • Client liaison and general practice advice
  • Representing the Estates & Valuation team at meetings

To assist in the development of the Clients Asset Management Plan to ensure the effective and efficient management of the property portfolio.

To support and assist the comprehensive review of the Clients land and property portfolio to meet strategic objectives. To implement the outcomes from the review.

To work with clients and services to understand their requirements and identify their service needs for accommodation and associated resources.

To work with other services and partners to develop plans to implement step changes in the utilisation of property to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Clients assets.

To manage projects from inception to delivery and to be involved in the review of the use of assets by internal and external clients.

To provide professional valuation and property management services (including the disposal and acquisition of land and property, statutory valuations, CPO and the management of the Clients property portfolio).
