The Role

You’ll lead a team responsible for delivering professional asset management services. From stock condition surveys to energy performance assessments, your work will ensure the properties meet Decent Homes and energy performance standards.

How will you do this?

By gathering and validating property data, developing survey programs, and ensuring compliance with housing standards.

Overseeing property condition data collection and validation to enhance asset management, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality assurance for survey processes, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value for money and operational excellence, and acting as a mentor to develop team capabilities while driving innovation.
