We're excited to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leading provider of social housing maintenance services, to recruit for the role of Ground Worker. The successful candidate will service properties across the North West Area.
You will be required to work on tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.
This will be in a temporary position, long term on-going with an opportunity to go Perm
A successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience within social housing and working with the public.
- Full Clean Driving License
- NVQ or equivalent in Ground Worker
What you'll be completing:
- Reactive maintenance on existing properties across the North West
- Working on tenanted properties
- Driving a company van that is provided.
- Using a PDA system
