Due to our ongoing expansion and growth, The Caroola Group is seeking experienced internally based Client Relationship Managers to support our clients throughout the UK. We're thrilled about our company's growth plans and are eager to attract top talent in the industry.

'In this role, you will work collaboratively with an external field account manager to manage and expand a portfolio of accounts. Working in partnership with the Field based Business Account Manager you will build and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders within the accounts, in order to grow the referring consultants base.'

Role Profile

  • Sales Activity Management: Ensure high sales activity within your portfolio by working closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM). Focus on three key areas: maintenance of existing relationships, development through upselling and cross-selling, and generation of new business opportunities.
  • Nurturing Activities: Develop and execute strategies to nurture and engage your accounts, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the BDM to strategically target and secure new business, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Client Education: Working in partnership with a BDM you will provide advice / guidance to Agency Support. Educate clients on internal processes and provide corrective guidance as needed to streamline their experience. Collaboratively it will be your responsibility to educate clients on internal processes and provide corrective guidance to ensure you tailor our product to meet their individual needs.
  • Client Events: Supporting where required any client events, hospitality, or educational initiatives.
  • Escalation Point: As the face of the portfolio, you will be responsible for resolving any escalated queries between Parasol and your clients. Collaboratively with Agency Support you must ensure timely and effective resolutions.'
  • Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of your clients' business needs and objectives to maximize market share.
  • Financial Accountability: Share responsibility with the BDM for achieving bespoke Joiner, revenue and profit targets.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant regulations and legislation to add value and ensure compliance in client interactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Caroola group products and services to promote them effectively.
  • Performance Metrics: Your KPIs will include sales activities, client satisfaction scores, and growth in referrals and new joiner numbers.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in a sales environment, ideally as a BDM/account manager working with a portfolio of clients and winning new business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer centric attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to execute a high volume of outbound sales phone activity.
  • Ability to focus on processes, and experience with salesforce CRM
