Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Manager, you will:

Manage and submit monthly interim applications for payments, ensuring timely cash flow.
Raise and issue client invoices with precision and clarity.
Conduct cash flow and workload forecasting to support project planning.
Oversee internal and client programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Perform measurement and estimates to provide accurate project assessments.
Conduct thorough project cost assessments and reconciliations for financial integrity.
Produce and maintain pre-construction project budgets, adapting as necessary.
Attend client meetings to understand their requirements and transform them into actionable business strategies.
Navigate contract awareness and engage in negotiations to secure favourable terms.
Manage subcontract packages and ensure timely payments.
Identify and mitigate business risks to safeguard project success.
Oversee material and plant procurement to meet project timelines.
