Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement key iniatives of process improvement across the wider business.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to streamline workflows.
  • Analyze data to measure the impact of improvements and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Continuous Improvment or process improvement (preferably in manufacturing or electrical industries).
  • Well versed in Sales Order Processing, Supply Chain and System knowledge. 
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
