Our client, an ambitious & growing specialist lender are looking to appoint a Customer Acquisition Agent to facilitate the on-boarding of new customers.The role will see you engaging with loan applicants to convert warm leads into new customers – guiding them through the process and finance agreement whilst ensuring all relevant information is accurate.Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify customer identity and income through thorough due diligence checks.
  • Assess financial affordability by analysing income and expenditure.
  • Conduct telephone consultations to establish accurate monthly outgoings.
  • Provide clear explanations and complete quotations to empower customers to make informed decisions.
  • Actively progress applications through outbound calls.
  • Handle customer and dealer inquiries regarding application status.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team; have experience in some form of customer service or telephony environment; be a problem solver with good attention to detail; and have an interest in financial services generally.This is an exciting opportunity with a clear career progression pathway.
