You'll be responsible for completing customer due diligence, assessing affordability, and guiding customers through their loan options.What You'll Do:
  • Verify customer identity and income through thorough due diligence checks.
  • Assess financial affordability by analyzing income and expenditure.
  • Conduct telephone consultations to establish accurate monthly outgoings.
  • Provide clear explanations and complete quotations to empower customers to make informed decisions.
  • Actively progress applications through outbound calls.
  • Handle customer and dealer inquiries regarding application status.
Who You Are:
  • A confident and articulate communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • A natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experienced in a fast-paced, outbound calling environment (ideal).
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • A team player with a supportive and inclusive approach.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (a plus).
  • Knowledge of the sub-prime market (highly desirable).
  • Minimum GCSE level qualification or equivalent.
