Job Overview:

Looking to progress your sales career to the next stage, if so, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative based from our clients Altrincham offices. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling their financial service services to businesses and organisations.

Sales Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the designated market segment.
  • Proactively generate new leads through various channels, , email campaigns, networking.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and quotes to convert prospects into customers.

Technical Support:

  • Provide basic technical support to clients, addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for more complex technical inquiries.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression.
  • Generate regular sales reports for management review.

Continuous Learning:

  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
