Sales Account Executive

Our client in the IT Software sector is seeking a new Sales Account Executive to join their fast-growing team based in Warrignton. As the Sales Account Executive you will be Hybrid working with the need to be in the office 3/4 times a month and able to attend client visits.

The salary offered for the new Sales Account Executive is an impressive 45,000 - 50,000 with an OTE doubling the given salary.

The Sales Account Executive will be working proactively to engage in direct new sales as well as inbound, working with small to medium sized businesses within the wholesale and retail industries expanding across Europe and worldwide.

You will have the opportunity to work in a creative and dynamic work environment with workplace culture being at the fore front.

Responsibilities of a Sales Account Executive:

  • Develop and be responsible for your own annual and quarterly sales budget
  • Generate both inbound, outbound and self-sourced leads
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level
  • Work collaboratively with other teams when needed
  • Deliver online and face to face demonstrations
  • An understanding and confidence advising C-level executives on growth strategies
  • Some travelling outside UK is to be expected (mainly Iceland, Denmark & Porto)

Requirements of a Sales Account Executive:

  • Experience in a similar role - preferred SaaS sales
  • Work experience with SME
  • A Full UK driving license
  • Have presented and pitched to C-level executives on a business change
  • Wholesale or retail industry knowledge (supply chain knowledge is a big plus)
  • Goal orientated with track record of overachieving on monthly, quarterly & annual targets
  • Trained and/or certified in a standardised sales method
