About the Role:

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success. Your expertise will help convert enquiries into sales while supporting the team with various administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant environment alongside a dedicated technical team.

Location: Fully on-site in Birchwood, WarringtonWorking Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm - early finish on Friday!)Salary: Dependent on candidate experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise the Salesforce CRM system to effectively manage and track sales activities.
  • Assist with order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and Oracle MRP systems to enhance sales operations.
  • Handle customer enquiries, providing top-notch service to convert leads into sales.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products and services for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with the technical team to understand product specifications and customer needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a technical setting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and Oracle MRP systems is desired.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • High energy and a proactive approach to driving sales.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
