We are seeking a Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join our Brand and Campaigns team at a critical time during the launch of our new Demand Planning team. This role is pivotal in creating and delivering communications and engagement plans that challenge current attitudes towards water use and emphasize the value of water conservation.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand to design and execute communication strategies that highlight efforts to reduce wastage across various business units.
  • Manage internal stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with existing campaigns and platforms, such as "Water Quality First."
  • Coordinate with external agencies to brief, develop, approve, and produce campaign assets and collateral within commercial frameworks to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Evaluate campaigns, reporting on outcomes, lessons learned, and providing recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring efficient control and reporting on the delivery of plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a qualified marketer with a strong track record in developing and delivering successful internal and public-facing campaigns aimed at behavioural change.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital optimisation and experience in PR planning and execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business.
  • Experience in data analysis to influence decision-making and campaign success.
  • Strong decision-making skills, especially in situations involving conflicts of interest.
  • Proficiency in using SAP for raising shopping carts and tracking purchase orders.
