As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage the full life cycle of projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standard within budget and on time. You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Managing contracts and client relationships.
- Overseeing site safety, compliance, and quality control.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.
- Delivering projects involving architectural and structural steel, with a focus on balconies and balustrades.
