This will primarily involve handling sales, purchases, landlord and tenant matters, lease extensions, and other related tasks.You will be expected to liaise with clients, solicitors, and other third parties, and work to towards deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.

The Candidate

You will hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within commercial property.
Strong understanding of commercial property law and procedures.

Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
