If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the Network Enquiries team at a leading Utilities Provider serving 7 million customers in the UK.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a high-quality, helpful, and friendly service to our valued customers. When our customer contacts us via phone, you will be the friendly voice and expert point of contact for any Water or Wastewater queries and complaints. Your dedication to prioritizing workload, reacting swiftly, and maintaining accuracy will ensure our customers receive the best possible service. Each interaction will be unique, offering you the opportunity to showcase your expert knowledge and problem-solving skills while delivering first-class customer service.

What You'll Need:

  • Passion for Customer Service: Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service is valuable, whether it's within a contact centre or another environment.
  • Strong listening and communication skills: along with resilience and rapport-building abilities, will set you up for success.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable multitasking, you'll confidently navigate IT systems while engaging with customers on the phone.
  • Quick Reactions: You'll quickly respond to customer needs and work accurately to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Training and Working Hours:Your journey starts on 7 October 2024 with a comprehensive training period from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. For these first 6 weeks, you'll be fully immersed in developing your skills. Note that no holidays can be taken during this period, as we want to give you the best possible training.

Shift Pattern: a 37 hour week with shifts flexible on times that 8 hours per day are worked. Every other week a Saturday OR Sunday will need to be worked, on these weeks there is a rest day during the week of your choice! (Shift table will be sent to you upon telephone interview).
