Description
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, identifying and understanding the needs.
- Offer support to external and internal Sales Associates for potential growth opportunities.
- Managing quotations to ensure customers expectations are met.
- Processing customer orders timely and accurately.
- Act as first line of response for questions on products and services.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting collogues when needed.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Experience working within a customer service background preferably in a commercial or b2b background.
- Knowledge of SAP or a similar system.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM system.
- Excellent communication sills with the ability to establish rapport with customers.
- Brilliant team working skills.
