The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service whilst offering support to the external/internal teams and processing quotes and orders accurately. This role focuses on providing customer a exceptional service to encourage repeat custom and overall satisfaction.

Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, identifying and understanding the needs.
  • Offer support to external and internal Sales Associates for potential growth opportunities.
  • Managing quotations to ensure customers expectations are met.
  • Processing customer orders timely and accurately.
  • Act as first line of response for questions on products and services.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting collogues when needed.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Experience working within a customer service background preferably in a commercial or b2b background.
  • Knowledge of SAP or a similar system.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM system.
  • Excellent communication sills with the ability to establish rapport with customers.
  • Brilliant team working skills.
