The Role is for a Customer Service Advisor, working with a company that specialises in dedicated call support to vulnerable and older people.Job Duties Include:Speaking to Customers over the phone (Outbound and Inbound)Confirming Customer's SafetyHelping report repairs for CustomersSpeaking to Housing Officers and other Family MembersSkills Required:A Clear and Friendly Telephone MannerExcellent Computer SkillsKeen Attention to DetailA Strong Desire to Reassure and Help.We have both Full Time and Part Time positions available for this role to suit individuals needs.The shifts will be confirmed upon interview/telephone consultation with our Consultant but will be a mixture of shifts on a set rota basis.The Salary for this role is £11.56 per hour which equates to £18,815 per annum based on a average 31.3 hour working weekShift Examples:Week 1 Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday 8.30-5.30Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday Sunday 8.30-5.30Week 3 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8.30-5.30Week 4 Monday , Tuesday , Saturday , Sunday 1pm until 10.15pm(An evening shift will be required once every 4 weeks working 1pm until 10.15pm)This is a fantastic role for someone who is interested in working for a company that offers a flexible approach to work whilst also providing a fantastic service to their customers.This is a permanent position from Day One.If you're interested, please apply online with a copy of your most updated CV and we will be in touch!The Recruitment Co are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Warrington.
