The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client in Warrington on a permanent basis,Our client is a growing business within its industry and are looking to expand the team!

We are looking for candidates have a background in Heating, Construction or Building works.Salary & Benefits:£26,769 - £29100 per annum28 Days of Holiday including bank holidaysHours of work:Monday to Friday8am until 5pmThe Role:You will proactively manage all aspects of internal sales and dealing with incoming enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.The Duties:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Answering calls from customers and responding to emails
  • Processing orders
  • Providing quotations .

Skills / Experience:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Good communicator
  • Excel organisation
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
