Your new companyI am currently thrilled to be working with a key client in Warrington who is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the business on an ongoing basis to support a busy workload.Your new roleYou will be joining a small but busy Customer Service team and will provide excellent service to customers who have queries or issues with their rental or open-market properties. Duties will include managing customer enquiries via email, telephone and internal portal, logging accurate information into the database to ensure correct service received, booking and scheduling relevant repairs and maintenance appointments all whilst adhering to SLAs where relevant. You may also be required to complete other administrative tasks.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in a similar role. Housing/property/maintenance industry exposure is highly desirable and would be extremely beneficial to support you in hitting the ground running. You will be able to manage and prioritise workloads, be proficient using Microsoft Packages and have the ability to learn new systems quickly. Attention to detail is extremely important, and you must be motivated, proactive and be confident in delivering an excellent service for customers.What you'll get in returnThis is a long-term, temporary position with the potential to last up to 12 months. Full-time position, 37.5 hours and a working pattern that sees you finish early on a Friday.
