Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French and English
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and providing the best solution
- Providing pricing/delivery/product selection and service information etc.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Profile
A successful French Speaking - Customer Service Advisor should have:
- A fluency in French and English
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Experience with SAP is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
