Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Advisor Division: Lubricants Salary: £24,500 (up to £25,000) + Commission (up to £500 per quarter) Location: Warrington (Birchwood) Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (after training) About the Role:Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their Lubricants Division as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling mainly inbound calls, processing orders for lubricants and AdBlue, and ensuring all orders are signed off and completed efficiently. While the majority of your work will involve inbound communication, you may occasionally need to make outbound calls, particularly if a delivery is running late (no cold calling or sales involved). Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process customer orders for lubricants and AdBlue.
  • Sign off on completed orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Make occasional outbound calls to manage any delivery issues.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a car dealership or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with AdBlue or passion for cars/vans. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment after the training period.
