Our client is a leading and well-established facilities management based business and they urgently require a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator to join their Warrington office.
Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator you will be:
- Handling inbound calls from clients, engineers and sub-contractors
- Managing an email inbox and responding to agreed SLA times
- Raising tickets on system for the engineers to respond to
- Updating information on the system & Microsoft Excel
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- Can commit to a 6 week contract
- Can commute to Warrington office 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
- Strong customer service & contact centre experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good IT knowledge
