This is the perfect chance for individuals to develop their Admin career within a global business. This is a rolling temporary contract, month by month. Responsibilities:-Input of data into the laboratory information management system (LIMS)-Review data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output-Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents-Scan documents and print files when needed. -Keep information confidential -Learning their operational systems and any other tasks assigned -Ensure that rules and regulations are being followed -Gain Certification knowledgeThe person:-Attention to detail -Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk-Experience with MS Office -Familiarity with administrative duties -Experience using office equipment -Typing speed and accuracy-Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation -Confidentiality-Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
