Temporary Customer Advisor – Immediate start
We need a temp for one month to cover some annual leave for my client in Warrington. Ideally, I need someone to start on Wednesday this week until Christmas. For the right person the role could become permanent.
Essentially, you will be given a file of companies who lost out on payment of an invoice from a limited company that went bust. You would be making a % offer to buy the debt owed to them, on behalf of our client, to purchase that debt. You will be speaking business owners so must you be credible, professional and confident. Full training will be given.
In an ideal world you will have an understanding of debt recovery, as whilst you are not collecting debt, it does help to understand this (as it’s sort of reverse debt collection!).
This isn’t cold calling, however, these companies won’t be expecting the call. They will have been emailed and the person you are calling will know what it’s about when you speak to them – it’s money they are owed and so it’s very specific to them and not just a random call trying to convert from nothing
Key Skills:
• Confident telephone manner
• Happy to make outbound calls
• Able to start Wednesday/Thursday this week
