The first half term of 2025 has already brought huge demand, and so if you are a Teaching Assistant looking for the flexibility of supply work, then now is the time to register. Act quickly as demand is set to steadily increase as we progress through the school year.
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant, or maybe you're looking for your first step into a Teaching Assistant role? You may have recently completed a Teaching Assistant qualification and now want to build your experience and knowledge base? If any of the above sound like you, we have options to suit. Academics are eager to receive applications from a Teaching Assistant who is seeking flexible ad-hoc work. We can offer daily booking to suit your availability, or we can move you into long term roles within our schools. Whatever suits you best, we can accomodate.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children, whether that be in school setting, within nurseries, health-care, or child-care. A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification would be a bonus but is by no means essential. Experience across any of the year groups from Early Years to Year 6 is perfect, as the demand stretches across the entire primary school range. 1:1 or SEN experience would be a bonus but again, not by any means essential.
You will have the ability to communicate with young children to encourage significant results and so, if you are looking to promote development and inspire your pupils, we may be able to help.
