An exciting Deputy Manager opportunity! (Must be RGN/RMN/RNLD)

L&M Healthcare specialise in personalised dementia nursing and complex dementia care, with person centred care for our residents at the heart of everything we do.

This is an opportunity to support the registered manager in a luxury nursing home within a beautiful, tranquil setting by maintaining policy and procedures in line with our regulatory bodies.

The successful candidate will take pride in providing the highest standard of care to all residents and manage the service to the highest standard and be clinically strong. The successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of our regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experienced in caring for older people with dementia care/complex care
  • Preparing, updating and evaluating resident care plans
  • A capable and confident leader with the drive and interest to grow and shape a team
  • Confident in your knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Monthly audits and compliance of internal governance
  • Rota implementing and completing
  • Passionate about delivering first-class care
  • A positive leader and motivator
