After thriving in recent years they are going through a period of exciting growth, and now wish to appoint a highly-motivated electrical engineer to drive future success.In this role, the test and commissioning engineer will be responsible for completing in-house and on-site commissioning of high-voltage products such switchgear and transformers, and associated equipment. The majority of work is in-house with some site work required across the UK.The ideal candidate will have experience working on MV/HV electrical products and knowledge of testing principals. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualifications, and a Full Driving License.This is an excellent opportunity to stamp your mark within a dynamic business where you will work on cutting edge HV equipment, develop your skills and receive excellent company benefits.The Role:

  • Testing and commissioning of HV systems and associated equipment
  • Majority in-house with some site work across the UK
  • Complete test documentation and schedule
  • Support internal teams on commissioning activities

The Person:

  • Experience working with MV/HV products and systems
  • Knowledge of testing principals
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualifications or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving License
