My client operates the largest panel manufacturing shop in the North West of England. They produce a range of panels, from small control panels through to large packaged substations and LV Motor Control Centres.

They are currently seeking multiple Panel Wirers for their business due to consistent increases in workload. They operate through JIB rates as follow, please note these are PAYE rates
•    Rate 1 – Up to 37.5 hours Monday – Friday -  PAYE £15.53
•    Rate 2 – Over 37.5 hours Monday – Friday and first 6 hours on Saturday – PAYE £23.30
•    Rate 3 – Over 6 hours on a Saturday pm and Sunday - £31.06 

Core working hours are 7am – 3pm Mon – Friday 37.5 hours per week with options for overtime (Generally Saturday mornings and additional hours in the week)
Role is based Penketh Warrington  WA5 2PL
Offered on a 6 month temp to perm basis (Client will offer perm role after 6 month (sometimes sooner) if work and candidate is satisfactory and happy with performance.
Requirements:
Job related experience
•    Good electrical knowledge and the ability to read schematic drawings.
•    Previous Experience of wiring complex Control panels and able to commence working on with minimal training and “hit the ground running”
•    Able to provide own small hand tools (Cable cutters, pliers, cable strippers, spanners etc.

Skills & Knowledge
•    Good interpersonal skills,
•    Good communication skills.
•    Ability to act on own initiative,
•    Ability to work as an active ‘Team Member’, within a small production group.
