Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
Local work/travel
Plenty of overtime (paid at x1.5 / x2.0)
On-call circa 1 in 8 / 1 in 10 = 100 standby
25 days holiday plus stat.

Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbingmaintenance
Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th or 18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and mechanical tasks
Willing and ability to pass a DBS check
