Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a multi-skilled maintenance electrician for a permanent position based in the Warrington or St Helen's area, responsible for maintaining approximately 15 sites.
- The role offers a salary of up to £38,000 for a 40-hour work week, with opportunities for overtime paid at 1.5x and 2.0x rates.
- Candidates must have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 1 and 2, along with 17th or 18th edition qualifications and previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience.
- Additional responsibilities include basic plumbing, fabric upkeep, compliance checks, and emergency repairs, requiring excellent client-facing skills and a valid driving license.
- The position includes benefits such as 25 days of holiday plus statutory leave, a company van, and an on-call schedule of approximately 1 in 8 or 1 in 10 weeks.
The role will involve other aspects of building maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric upkeep and compliance etc.
The role is a permanent position paying up to 38k basic
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
Local work/travel
Plenty of overtime (paid at x1.5 / x2.0)
On-call circa 1 in 8 / 1 in 10 = 100 standby
25 days holiday plus stat.

Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbingmaintenance
Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th or 18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and mechanical tasks
Willing and ability to pass a DBS check
