Salary: 35-45,000 DOE
This growing architectural practice, set in a picturesque rural location near Warrington, is looking for a detail-driven Architectural Technician or Technologist to support the delivery of a busy and varied project pipeline. Located in a converted barn with excellent commuting access and free on-site parking, the office offers a modern, flexible approach to working life, including early finishes on Fridays and hybrid working. Daily Duties
- Producing detailed technical drawing packages
- Leading and coordinating technical delivery on projects
- Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Conducting site visits and attending progress meetings
- Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations
- Managing workload independently and supporting junior staff
Ideal Candidate
- Architectural Technician/Technologist with substantial years UK industry experience
- Proven technical construction knowledge
- High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Revit experience preferred (training offered)
- Familiarity with SketchUp is a bonus
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to lead small teams and meet project deadlines
