With your existing connections in Greater Manchester you will be confident of bringing new business to the firm and will develop, input, review and renew a business winning strategy plan.

Other aspects of the role include:

  • Plan, lead, and manage activities related to the identification, pursuit and capture of works opportunities.
  • Manage the tender process to ensure optimal working conditions for the estimating team, prioritising works were required.
  • Development of value engineering avenues for implementation within submissions.
  • Identify and evaluate client needs.
  • Engage with chosen Consultant teams to lead the initial development phase of any secured projects. Attendance at early DTMs.
  • Lead early and mid-tender reviews and pre-submission meetings.
  • Undertake tender finalisation with SLT, prior to Tender Submission.
  • Undertake tender handover and collate documentation for project delivery team.
  • Review initial project durations/programme requirements to advise client team of delivery implications.
  • Building relationship with Main Contractor and M&E consultant throughout the bid to give confidence that the companyare the M&E contractor that best understand the project.
  • To position the businessinto a preferred bidder status.
  • Prepare and Submit relevant PQQ info.
  • Mechanical Design background beneficial.
