SAP Support Analyst - SAP Materials Management (MM), Pricing, Costing, Inventory Planning, SAP Integration - Warrington - £45-55k + good bonus + good bens

Mt client has a dynamic European SAP Support and Integration team which is expert at leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiency. The team is seeking a dedicated SAP Support Analyst to enhance the organisations SAP systems and provide top-tier support to a European user base. .

As an SAP Support Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing the SAP environment. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and support for SAP applications. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving issues, implementing enhancements and providing user training.

SAP MM Support Analyst Provide Role and Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support for SAP users, addressing technical issues and inquiries

- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventative measures.

- Assist in the testing and deployment of SAP upgrades and enhancements.

- Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and user guides.

- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring efficient use of SAP systems.

SAP MM Support Analyst Skills and Experience

- Proven experience as an SAP Support Analyst or similar

- Strong understanding of the following SAP modules: Materials Management (SAP MM), Pricing, Costing (SAP FICO), Inventory Planning

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention-to-detail

- Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users

- Experience with SAP troubleshooting tools and methodologies

- Knowledge of integrating SAP with other solutions
