Temp Events Assistant | Warrington | £25,000 - £26,000 DOE

Full-time (5 months, fixed-term)February 2025 - May 2025

Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday

We are currently looking for a temporary Events Assistant to join an amazing brand to support the delivery of a series of activations as part of a major upcoming campaign. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, and an interest or background in events. This position will involve occasional travel to London.

Events Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for the planning and delivery of multiple event activations leading up to a major event.
  • Assist with coordinating various partnership activation elements, including retail, sports marketing, product, gift of kit, and hospitality events.
  • Support the ongoing management of event operations, focusing on creating an excellent brand experience for consumers and stakeholders.
  • Help with the coordination of the hospitality program, including managing entries, coordinating with community members, retailers, and other guests for brand activations.
  • Administer updates to the central application and maintain event tracking systems.
  • Assist with post-event reporting and gathering data and content as required.
Events Assistant Key Requirements:
  • Interest or background in brand marketing or event management.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (workplace or volunteer) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or work streams simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing relationships and working within a team.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and applications.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Can-do attitude, team-oriented, and confident in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to work weekends or outside normal working hours when necessary.
