The company is seeking an Operations Manager / General Manager to lead a well-run profitable branch with a basic salary of up to £65,000 plus bonuses.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a management or leadership role overseeing a P&L and developing strategic business plans.
Candidates must possess an entrepreneurial mindset along with outstanding organization and leadership skills.
Experience in events or event-based logistics is required, and the position offers a non-corporate environment with a strong team ethic.
This role is suitable for individuals with a background as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar roles in the events or equipment rental sectors.

As Operations Manager / General Manager, you’ll enjoy autonomy, managing and motivating a team of Project / Operations Managers, and Site Crews whilst driving strategic decisions which positively influence the P&L. What you’ll need

Proven experience in a management/leadership role overseeing a P&L.
Experience in developing strategic / business plans.
Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisation and leadership skills
Previous experience within events / event-based logistics.

Other Information

A basic salary of up to 65k + bonus
Company car or cash allowance on passing the probationary period
40hrs per week – Monday to Friday (8 – 5pm)
Private Medical Cover
25 days holiday + bank holidays

This position may suit a General Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Events Operations Manager, Sales and Operations Manager, or someone who worked in Events or Equipment / Hire Rental Companies
