Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a new challenge? My client, a rapidly growing business located in Birchwood, are seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to support the effective day-to-day running of our business. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks and offers the opportunity to work closely with our senior leadership team and CEO.

  • Salary – £32,00 per annum, rising to £36,000 per annum after probation (Max. probation period of 90 days from start date!)
  • Working Hours – 9am to 5:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break
  • Holidays – 28 days inclusive of bank holiday
  • Company laptop, credit card and mobile phone provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Support to CEO: Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks, including managing diaries, calendars, and email inboxes.
  • Leadership Team Support: Aid the senior leadership team in daily operations and business management.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book trips and overnight stays, including international flights and transfers.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee company vehicles.
  • Insurance Management: Ensure company insurance policies are up-to-date and inform senior management of upcoming expiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience working alongside senior company executives or in a similar administrative role.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency: Skilled in office management systems and procedures.
