We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) who has supported up to Director level in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. PA key duties:- Efficiently manage and coordinate a busy calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Organise national and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including taking notes, preparing agendas, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with personal tasks as required, ensuring that work-life balance is maintained for the Director.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities.
