We are seeking an experienced Senior MIS Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the accuracy of curriculum, timetable, and funding data to support the effective management of our institution. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can work autonomously and collaborate across various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update the curriculum database, ensuring all course information is accurate.

- Support curriculum planning and ensure compliance with current funding methodologies.

- Assist with student records, including loan data, apprenticeship payments, and other key metrics.

- Provide support for timely data submissions using relevant software tools.

- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to produce reports and improve data quality.

Requirements:

- Experience working with MIS systems, ideally within a further education setting.

- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and student record systems.

- Excellent time management and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy.

- Understanding of FE funding methodologies and data structures is advantageous.
