The Role:

As a Bridging Broker, you'll be joining a dedicated team of 40 professionals. In this fast-paced, office-based role, all your leads will be provided, allowing you to focus on building relationships, closing deals, and achieving your targets.

You'll work closely with experienced brokers will receive ongoing training, and have access to CEMAP qualifications and accreditations for high performers, there is also a genuine opportunity to progress to a team Manager position for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing client's needs and providing tailored bridging finance solutions.
  • Liaising effectively with lenders, valuers, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Managing the entire application process from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Preparing and presenting finance proposals to clients clearly and professionally.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and industry professionals.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, products, and market conditions to offer informed advice.
  • Proactively managing a pipeline of cases, ensuring timely progression and completion.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining compliance standards.

About You:

  • Experience in finance, mortgage advising, or a similar sales environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including lenders, valuers, solicitors, and clients.
  • Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to grow in a thriving business.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Will consider case managers with similar experience.
