Description
- Partner with the operations team to drive business performance
- Conduct strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
- Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios and challenges
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A relevant qualification
- Business partnering experience gained in a medium / large business
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
