RG Consultancy is excited to partner with a rapidly growing manufacturing business in Warrington. Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of the finance function and report directly to the Managing Director. This role includes managing a small finance team with two direct reports, playing a key role in supporting the company's financial strategy and growth.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to align with and support the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow.
  • Supervise the preparation and presentation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
  • Ensure the organisation complies with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, offering recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective financial management across the organisation.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing finance team.
